getting really lost

At some times in your life (or at least in my journey) you just have to accept that you went wrong and you can't just correct it but you have to go back and restart again.

First of all, i wanted to go to Czestochowa. The first time not on cycle-routes - there are none on Open Cycle Map for this region - but with the help of the OSMAnd navi.
Well, the navi worked pretty ok until after this small town called Kepie (you may find it on the map, north of Wolbrom and Miechow, at the edge of the triangle).
At the beginning, the navi led me through field-roads similar to this one in the picture. I had to push the bike for several times, even though the way was flat. There were just too many big holed filled with water and mud. Then i lost track and went into the forest...
..as i noticed my error, i tried to find a direct way to the field-road again. I went through an open field which turned out to be moorlands. I even dipped my shoes in the water. Having crossed this one, i ended up in front of a small current not displayed on my map. So i had to turn around again. The next two exits of the forest ended similarly, with the only difference that i didn't try to cross the 'fields' this time.
After cycling back to Kepie - and having lost almost 1h on my schedule, i changed my direction towards Kielce (or rather the surroundings) and my route to reach Warsaw.

..for some reason (unknown to me, for i'm sure i've taken an image) i can't find the picture anymore..crap.
got stuck in Cracow

My two guides Karolina and Robert (the couple on the left) - as well as many other new acquaintances i've already made - are making my stay a real pleasure.
Everyday they come up with new plans to visit places and people and usually at the end of the day i find myself in a crowd of Polish friends being a bit tipsy and having a really good time.
They're making my leaving a very tough one indeed.
reaching Cracow

Arrived in Cracow, checked in at a noisy hostel and plunged into the nightlife. Thanks to my two local guides. It was a very neat evening.
shame on me

All the time i just saw the writing Oswiecim on the map and didn't think much about it.
..then i saw a sign with 'Auschwitz Birkenau II' and felt pretty ashamed.
on Polish territory

This morning i crossed the Polish border. I was wondering about the quality of the bicycle-tracks and well...they weren't as bad as i read.
There was every underground again, from proper, plain cycle-only tracks to nice slopes through the forest.
The latter ones were quite fun to cycle indeed. With the only flaw that i felt like riding a tank and the only suspension were my knees/legs.
